Because children are special at Raiford Road Church our congregation got involved with preparing shoe box gifts for impoverished children through Operation Christmas Child in 2006.

Since that time, our church has prepared and sent almost 500 shoe box gifts to children around the world.

This year we have been challenged to incorporate shoe box gift preparations in our lives throughout the year setting our goal at one box per month. That's 12 children who would possibly not receive a gift - the most important gift - Jesus!
